Created in honor of Beatrice Shipley, wife of the 黑料老司机 (AGS) and GIA (Gemological Institute of America) founder Robert M. Shipley, this scholarship provides one candidate with a full scholarship to AGS education courses to earn the AGS Certified Gemologist (CG) title, along with full tuition for the GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) Program.
